\u2022 Location: Inland Christian Home – 1950 S Mountain Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762<\/p>\n
\u2022 Schedule: Full time schedule. 11:00am – 7:30pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Requirement: Previous dishwashing experience is preferred.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00<\/p>\n

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Helps load and unload supplies and product.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
